Our team consists of a group of capable individuals with the right educational credentials and significant professional experience put together to ensure that the Company effectively carries out its projects with the required efficiency and within the right timelines.

Lydia Mensah

General Manager

Her responsibilities include but not limited to driving the overall strategy of the organisation, monitoring cost, site resources and developing strong relationships with esteemed clients.

Lydia holds an Executive Masters Business Administration, Masters in Governance and Leadership. She is a member of the Charted Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM). She has also taken up certification courses in Board Governance, Strategic Management and Project Management.

Wilhelm Alphonse Swaniker

Quantity Surveyor & Senior Projects Manager

Mr. Swaniker holds Msc. Engineering Project Management and a member of CIOB with 18 years experience in the field of Construction. He has varied experience in various sectors like Mining, Roads, Civil and general construction at large. He is a versatile gentleman who has worked and risen through the ranks from an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, a Technical Engineer, a Quantity Surveyor and also as a director for Physical Plants at Valley View University.

Prior to joining to organization he was the Projects manager for Samdoe construction Company Limited. Wilhelm is a dynamic asset who is ready to adapt, work with, share knowledge in the attainment of the company’s goals.

William O. Ankama

William comes with over 20 years’ experience in Planning and design. As our primary point of call for all our overall design schemes, he has spearheaded several of our projects from start to finish. William’s day to day tasks include requesting and reviewing the design information interface of all our designs and ensuring that methods and processes conform to acceptable standards.

Isaac Amankwah

Isaac has 6 years’ experience in Construction, Planning and Organisation. He comes through by providing the Project’s master programme and also showing where the critical points to focus lie. He is equally instrumental in organizing the procurement of materials from suppliers from the initial to finishing stages of our projects. He is also responsible for supplying all labour materials and schedules for our projects to ensure continuous flow of work and to complete our projects within time.

Alex Anim Boateng

With a professional experience spanning 9 years within the Construction industry, Alex oversees the cost management side to our projects. He is also our liaison officer working to ensure strong relationships with clients, the main contractor and the sub-contractors. He also inspects and values completed work to ensure that they meet the Company’s compliance in quality control.

Eddie Coffie

Eddie comes with 7 years’ solid experience in the management of heavy duty equipment and has performed this role impeccably over the years. He is also responsible for the repair /replacement of damaged or non-functioning equipment. Eddie equally oversees the monitoring of the maintenance and servicing of all project equipment to ensure effective adherence to company policies and procedures affecting the use of all company equipment.

Samuel Borquaye

Samuel has managed several projects successfully from inception to completion. He has accumulated experience in Construction Technology and Management. He is also a Contract Administrator and provides various quantity surveying services such as, BOQ preparation……
